    Hi Emma…many years ago I qualified as a YMCA Exercise to Music instructor as I loved keeping fit. Unfortunately, I never really did anything with it. I just covered a few classes for other people and then went in a different direction. It was one of those missed opportunities! Over the last few years I have just let myself go! I found myself reading your post and feel ready to get back on track. I am 56 and am going to make 2019 a great year where I focus on getting fit and healthier once more.
