It’s Okay To Not Be Okay – we’re all human

“In Life, you can’t worry about a bridge that you may have to cross in the future.  For you may find out that worrying was for nothing because you never need to cross that bridge.  Know that if you have to deal with a situation in the future, God (Omnipotent Positive Energy) has given you the wisdom and whatever else you need to conquer the journey of that bridge.  Worrying is an emotion with no value and belongs in the negative energy realm.  You come from the positive energy realm.” Β©Emma Ortega Negrete

P.S.  Easier said than done?  Well, there are avenues to get you the help you need.  Sometimes, people need a little bit of holistic or medicinal help to get them through stages of life.

Don’t be ashamed to get help.  God created these avenues for you to receive peace of mind and joy.  That’s His promise in John 10:10 and other scriptures.  That’s what positive energy is all about!

Look at Michael Phelps, the Olympic icon that he is.  He has bipolar and takes what he needs in order to achieve HIs God Given Gifts.  I could go on with a list of  SUCCESSFUL celebrities on medications for disorders.

Thanks for the like on my post about guns. I also have much to say about faith and methods of inquiry.

    • Well, Florida allows anyone to buy a gun starting at age 18. Absolutely ridiculous. The NRA has bought the politicians and for that matter the government.

It’s been going on to long so it’s a clear sign that they want people to kill each other. May be hard to accept but come on something would have been done. What makes money for them they are not getting rid of.

Exactly. The insidious part is the deliberate miss interpretation of the second amendment proffered the then Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia. He knew the concept of a organized militia was antiquated yet chose to buoy the β€œrights shall not be infringed” part. But this is America wherenover 80% of the population believe all kinds of preposterous notions. Yours in reason, Nationofnope

There is a time I did not even know where to start with my writing, but a friend encouraged me and helped me financially. I write now. I was afraid because my kind of writing is different from most people, but I continue to write and I am beginning to like it very much.

Well said. I’ve told people for years, worry and regret are two of the most wasted emotions on the planet. When I spoke to a recovery group a month or so ago, I told them to never be ashamed to get help, and then the leader spoke up and said, “That’s right, I go to therapy twice a month. It’s gotten me through some dark valleys.” We all need a little help sometimes. I’m glad I found your blog; keep up the good work!

For decades I worried about ‘the future’, ‘where I’d buy hay if my hay guy quit haying’, ‘how we’d pay for things IF something ever happened with my job’……when I was finally in my late 50’s, I suddenly realized that all the things I used to lose sleep over, had never happened after all. All my worrying, a total waste of time and energy. So your post, struck a chord. Thanks for writing it.

Thanks Emma for liking my post – exercise during pregnancy – is it safe?

I just read your post- it’s okay to not be okay…, and I must say that you are on point. In fact worrying does not achieve anything positive but cause a big harm to one’s health.

To me worries only come when we lose sight of the reasons for our existence and the need to do the will of our Creator.

    Great post.

    • Exercise during pregnancy should be fine. However, every expectant mother needs to really get the ok from her doctor. Exercise can be light as walking and all the way through to bodybuilding.

Women that are used to exercise continue to do so until their due date . However, the doctor’s approval is needed.
