Folks,
I don’t know about you but I know that any type of exercise serves to create the feel good hormones which also serve as a happy pill and a natural pain killer.
As a chronic back pain and anxiety sufferer, I know for a fact that if I didn’t exercise; I would be in much more pain and requiring more meds.
I know it can make a world of difference for people with any type of mental disorder along with healing other ailments such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
This book will help you with weight loss, muscle building, getting your furnace to burn more fat. You can get the softer look figure or ripped looks along with so much more.

This book was published at almost 48yrs yg. and during the time that I already had chronic back pain and anxiety that comes from pain along with my bulging disc.
God creates miracles everyday. We just have to recognize them.

Motivating post. I have decided to go back to the gym after a 10 year break. I remember how good I used to feel when i kept fit regularly.

My grandpa once bench pressed a 4 wheeler at age 72. Many people his age were in retirement homes. Part of that is genetics, we are just really resilient. However the other part was he was always getting exercise.

Even though I know about this, it is still so motivating to see others preaching the same. Keep up the good work. Such a good read! 🙂

During the one of the most dark periods in my life, where I was losing miserably at the professional world, I was doing well in the gym. It kept me from spinning into darkness. There wasn’t a pill for me either. (I no longer take anxiety meds). Its just me in the end.

I totally agree! Exercise freed me from depression and severe fibromyalgia. I can move again and I’m happy while doing it! Great article.
